ROBERT P. GOE , born in Los Angeles, California, June 13, 1963; admitted to the State Bar of California 1988; Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals 1988; Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals 2003.

 

Education: California State University at Long Beach (B.A. in Political Science, 1985); Southwestern University School of Law (J.D., 1988). Recipient, American Jurisprudence Award, Labor Law and Evidence, Member of Southwestern University School of Law, Law Review and Research Editor.

 

Area of Specialization: Bankruptcy and creditor’s rights practice. Representative matters include: representation of creditors and debtors in Chapter 11 reorganization, workouts, and related matters.
