Our Team

Ashley N. Kinder is a litigation attorney whose practice includes business and commercial disputes, employment matters, health care, insurance, and personal injury. She has experience advising clients ranging from individuals to businesses, with a particular background in business law and entertainment law.

Ashley earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she specialized in Business Law and Entertainment Law. During law school, she served as Student Body President, was an advanced clinician in the Documentary Film Legal Clinic, and co-chaired the Dean’s Student Advisory Committee, often serving as a liaison by elevating student concerns and making referrals to the Dean for action. She received the 2023 Skye Donald “Spirit of the Community” Award, the law school’s highest honor for student service, won Best Negotiation at the 2022 UCLA Transactional Law Competition, and provided legal support and education to filmmakers at the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival.

Active in the professional community, Ashley continues her involvement with UCLA through alumni events and as a member of UCLA Law Women LEAD.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, practicing Pilates, traveling (having visited over 30 countries), frequently attending concerts, and following professional hockey, football, and tennis.
